Tigard is really two different lawn environments. Up on Bull Mountain, properties deal with real slope, which changes how a mowing crew works the lot and how water moves through it — aeration and overseeding on a hillside lawn need a plan for where the seed and water actually end up, not just where they're applied. Down near the valley floor and around Washington Square, lawns sit on flatter, more typical Willamette Valley clay.
